Through the coffee, tea plantations, across the Equator and round the Aberdares down the Rift Valley to the shores of Lake Victoria.

We recommend the following:
i) Flying doctors membership of US $ 25.00.
ii) Client to bring riding gear (Helmet, gloves etc).
iii) We also recommend one to have a personal medical cover.

Day 1: Nairobi-Nyeri
Depart Nairobi via the highway through the coffee and tea plantations and arrive Nyeri in time for lunch. After lunch pick your bikes and take a 10 kilometre ride across the town. Dinner and overnight at the Green Hills hotel or Outspan Hotel.

Day 2: Nyeri- Nyahururu
This will be all a good tarmac ride of about 105 Kilometres starting with an altitude of 1945m and finishing at 2370m. This takes you through the plains and Game Ranches lying between Mount Kenya and the Aberdares Ranges. The final journey takes you to Thomson Falls Lodge where you will rest . All meals and overnight.

Day 3: Nyahururu-Nakuru-Kabarnet
Today you will cycle about 55 to 60kms down the Escarpment on a good tarmac road and enjoy the views of the Rift Valley and arrive for lunch in Nakuru town. After lunch travel in a coach to Kabarnet approximately 140 kilometres and arrive Kabarnet Hotel in time for dinner and overnight.

Day 4: Kabarnet-Eldoret
This will be a hard and enjoyable day starting at 2065m and finishing at 1925m, all good tarmac road of 93 kilometres. This will take you across the Kerio Valley and climbing up the Elgeyo Escarpment, this will be a very hard climbing but lovely ride with beautiful scenery of good road with very little traffic and finally arrive at Eldoret for dinner and overnight at Wagon wheel Hotel or Sirikwa Hotel.

Day 5: Eldoret-Kakamega
This day you will start at 1925m and finishing at 1680m. Kms 67 Tarmac road.Kms 31 Off Tarmac.
This day is divided into two sections. The first section up to lunchtime Will be on tarmac and after lunch cycle off tarmac through plantations, farms, villages and down the steep hills from Kapsabet town (44kms) to the turning point just before Kaimosi. Again through villages and farms and through the Rain Forest to Kakamega. There could be little traffic on tarmac but may be none on the off tarmac road before arriving at Golf hotel Kakamega for the meals and overnight.

Day 6: Kakamega-Kisumu
This day you will cycle 53 kilometres on a good tarmac road starting at 1680m and finishing at 1145m. The cycling will take you down the hill with some steeper climbs and some wonderful descent. After cycling for 39 kilometre you will be able to have a beautiful view of Lake Victoria. This will be a good road but more traffic as you near the town of Kisumu. We will finish our cycle for the day at lunchtime. Take time to rest and explore the Kisumu city. Here you will have a summary dinner where you will have a chance of sharing the experience and overnight at Sunset Hotel or Imperial Hotel.

Day 7: Kisumu-Nairobi
Depart Kisumu after breakfast on a coach through the tea farmlands of Kericho and stop at Nakuru for lunch and after lunch return to Nairobi for overnight at a city hotel. This will be a good evening to explore the city of Nairobi with an option of dinner at the famous Carnivore Restaurant.

Day 8: Nairobi
Free day for options may be visit the Nairobi National park , The mamba village, The Karen Blixen Museum. The Girrafe center and later transfer to the Airport for departure flight.
